CLIENT & SUCCESS STORIES
We are so grateful to continue doing what we love – helping our wonderful clients sell their homes fast and for the highest possible price. This year we had the opportunity to work on so many unique properties. We staged a 10,000+ square foot, rustic barn mansion, multiple contemporary new constructions and everything in between – large to small.
Our staged properties sold very quickly with multiple offers. Even in a seller’s real estate market vacant properties are still the most challenging to sell and many still sit on the market. Our stagings gave these homes a competitive edge with lifestyle merchandizing and resulted in successful sales every time.
This year we continued offering interior design services, and even branched into commercial design. Our recent project, the Bridgewater Chocolate Box Shop in Westport, was a major success this Holiday season and created a lot of buzz around town.

Our team was so excited this year to be able to attend multiple in-person trade shows from North Carolina to Boston.
EDUCATION
One of BA Staging & Interior’s focuses is continuously educating ourselves and paying it forward by educating others.
We earned over 250 continuing education credits in 2021 in the subject of home staging and running a home staging business.
We also welcomed Realtors into our facility for a few special events, our “Xpanding the Vision” series as well as several CE classes this year. It felt great to be (somewhat) back to normal. We hope 2022 brings more normalcy and opportunities to connect in-person!
COMPANY UPDATES
This year we were able to grow our team and welcomed 2 new employees- Leslie P. joined our team at the beginning of this year as a Designer & Stager, and Grace F. joined us recently as a Design & Staging Assistant. We are so grateful for our talented team members and all their hard work and look forward to expanding more in 2022!
In 2021 we looked for new ways to give back to our loyal clients. We recently announced our new Affinity Program, which does just that. As the world and design industry changes, we always want to offer new services to meet our clients’ needs. This year we announced our new company division – Bad Ass Rental Designs. We are now offering consultations, partial and complete designs and installations for short term rentals, vacation rentals, long term rentals and corporate housing rentals. These properties need a competitive marketing edge to gain the most bookings and maximize profits, and we are here to help!
